INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage (about 3 leaves)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add pork and onion, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork is browned.
Add cabbage and stir-fry lightly until slightly softened. Pour in the mixed seasonings and stir-fry to combine.
