INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g pork belly
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers
Condiments
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tsp salad oil
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
STEPS
Remove seeds from bell peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cut pork belly into 4–5 cm wide strips.
Mix all the seasonings marked with ☆ in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and pork belly, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add bell peppers and stir-fry until they soften. Pour in the prepared ☆ seasonings and stir-fry over medium heat until well combined. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
