Seasonings

- 🧄 Garlic 1 clove (minced)
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
STEPS
Wrap the tofu in a kitchen towel and remove excess water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until cooked through.
Add the onion and stir-fry until tender.
Tear the drained tofu into pieces with your hands, add it to the pan, and mix in all the seasonings.
Once everything is well-mixed and flavors have blended, it's ready to serve.
