- 🍖 200g of pork (thinly sliced)
Eggs and Dairy
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 🍬 1 teaspoon of sugar
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
STEPS
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk well.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
Add the pork and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Remove the pork to a separate dish and pour the eggs into the pan.
Once the eggs start to set, return the pork to the pan and add soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry everything together.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
