STEPS
Cut the pea shoots in half and trim the roots. Slice the garlic thinly and deseed the chili pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chili pepper, cooking until fragrant. Then add sakura shrimp and mix well.
Add the pea shoots and stir-fry until softened. Add sake and salt, then stir briefly to combine.
