INGREDIENTS

- 250g pea shoots
Seafood
- 190g canned mackerel in water
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Pinch of black pepper

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the canned mackerel and stir-fry briefly to break it apart.
Spread the pea shoots over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds.
Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the pea shoots soften. Add ponzu sauce and black pepper, and mix well.
