    • đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
    • đź§… 1/4 onion
    • 🥕 1/4 carrot

    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • Generous amount of sesame seeds
  • Mushroom Marinade

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • đź§‚ 1 pinch coarse salt

Clean the oyster mushrooms and tear larger pieces into bite-sized portions.

Slice green onion, onion, and carrot into thin strips.

Dissolve 0.5 tbsp coarse salt in boiling water and blanch the mushrooms for about 40 seconds.

Rinse the blanched mushrooms in cold water, squeeze out excess water, and marinate with sesame oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.

Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced vegetables until the onion turns translucent.

Add the marinated mushrooms and 1.5 tbsp soy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry on high heat until well combined.
