INGREDIENTS
Essential Ingredients
- 🍄 200g oyster mushrooms
- 🥕 1 small carrot, julienned
- đź§… 1/4 onion, sliced
- đź§… 10cm green onion, chopped
Seasoning Ingredients
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Remove the base of the oyster mushrooms and tear them into bite-sized pieces. Optionally, add other types of mushrooms.
Julienne the carrot, slice the onion, and chop the green onion.
Heat oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry the carrot, onion, and mushrooms sequentially over medium heat.
Add minced garlic, green onion, and soy sauce, then stir-fry again.
Adjust seasoning with salt, then add black pepper, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to finish.
