Cut the yellow bell pepper in half vertically, remove seeds and stem, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Cut the king oyster mushroom into half-length pieces and slice into 5mm thick strips. Thinly slice the garlic and remove its core.

Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil, chili, and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the yellow bell pepper, king oyster mushroom, and octopus, and stir-fry over medium heat. Once the mushroom is cooked, add the oyster sauce, lemon juice, sugar, and basil, and stir quickly to combine.
