- Squid 150g (sliced into rings)
- Thinly sliced pork 100g
- Chinese noodles 2 servings
Vegetables
- 🥕 Carrot 1 (julienned)
- 🍅 Tomato 1 (finely chopped)
Seasoning
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp

- Pepper to taste
STEPS
Cut the squid into rings and the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the Chinese noodles for 1 minute and then drain.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, stir-fry the pork until it changes color, then add the squid and stir-fry further.
Add the carrot and tomato, stir-fry until everything is thoroughly cooked, then adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
Add the noodles and stir-fry with the sauce made of soy sauce and mirin.
Once everything is evenly mixed, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
