    • 🍜 Chinese noodles, 200g
    • 🍖 Pork, 150g (thinly sliced)

    • 🥕 1/2 carrot (julienned)
    • 🍄 Mushrooms, 100g (sliced)
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • đź’§ 1 cup water

STEPS

Boil Chinese noodles in boiling water. Once cooked, drain and let cool.

Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onions and pork.

Add the carrots and mushrooms to the pan and continue stir-frying.

Add soy sauce and water, and simmer the sauce. Once it thickens, stir in the noodles.
