    • 1 piece (30g) cod roe
    • 🥬 1 head (120g) lettuce
    • 100g shirataki noodles
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🧈 10g salted butter

STEPS

Cut the lettuce into 8mm strips and into bite-sized lengths. Rinse shirataki noodles with water, drain, and cut into bite-sized lengths.

Make a slit in the cod roe skin and remove the contents.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the shirataki noodles for about 2 minutes.

Add the seasonings and cod roe, stir-frying until the cod roe changes color. Quickly add the lettuce and stir-fry until well combined.
