INGREDIENTS

- 2-3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Wash the zucchini and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp salt over the zucchini and let it sit for 5 minutes to draw out moisture.
While the zucchini is resting, slice 1/2 onion thinly.
Squeeze out excess moisture from the salted zucchini.
Heat 2-3 tbsp sesame oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp minced garlic and the sliced onion, and sauté until the onion turns translucent.
Add the zucchini to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add 1 tbsp oligosaccharide and 1 tbsp fish sauce, adjusting the seasoning to taste. Finish with 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
