Vegetables
- 1 cup finely chopped napa cabbage kimchi

- 1 scallion, minced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Heat a pan, add olive oil, and sauté minced onion and scallion until fragrant.
Add diced chicken breast and stir-fry until golden.
Add finely chopped napa cabbage kimchi and mix well.
Add Korean chili paste and soy sauce, adjust the flavor, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
When all the ingredients are cooked and the flavors are well blended, serve on a plate.
