INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 3 handfuls aged gat kimchi
- đź§… 6 stalks green onion, cut into 3cm pieces
Condiments
- 8 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 2 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Rinse the aged gat kimchi in water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 8 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the gat kimchi to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp minced garlic and continue stir-frying for another minute.
Mix in 2 tbsp sugar and stir well.
Add the green onion pieces and stir-fry briefly until slightly softened.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp sesame seeds on top and serve.
