INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- đź§… 1 cup green onion (white part)
Protein
- 2 sheets fish cake
Seasoning
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp broth or water
STEPS
Cut the white part of the green onion into 3-4 cm pieces. Cut the fish cake into similar-sized pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, broth or water) in a bowl.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onion for 1-2 minutes.
Add the fish cake to the pan and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry everything together until well combined.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix well.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
