- 250g fish cake, sliced thinly

- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§„ 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Slice the fish cake into thin strips, approximately 5cm long.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper until slightly softened.
Add the sliced fish cake to the pan and stir-fry with the vegetables.
Add oyster sauce, minced garlic, cooking wine, and other seasonings. Mix well while stir-frying.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously and drizzle sesame oil before serving.
