- 6 sheets fish cake
- 3 cups hot water

- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Prepare 6 sheets of fish cake and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Place the fish cake in a strainer and pour 3 cups of hot water over it.
Repeat dipping the fish cake in hot water 2-3 times, then drain the water.
Wash and prepare green onion, carrot, and onion.
Slice green onion, carrot, and onion into thin pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a deep pan and add the carrot.
