INGREDIENTS

- 4 sheets fish cake
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🥕 small amount of carrot
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- đź§… 1/2 spring onion
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Blanch the fish cake briefly in boiling water and remove.
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion, carrot, and spring onion. Cut the chilies diagonally.
Heat canola oil in a pan over low heat and sauté minced garlic.
Add the fish cake and stir-fry until slightly golden.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry over medium heat.
Pour 1 cup of water into the pan and bring to a simmer.
Add soy sauce and sugar, then stir-fry until well combined.
Once the sauce thickens, add spring onion and stir-fry over high heat.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Transfer to a plate and serve warm.
