    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Slice the fish cake and vegetables into long strips. Use leftover vegetables from your fridge if available.

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, corn syrup, cooking wine, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.

Heat a pan with olive oil and stir-fry the fish cake.

Add onion and carrot to the pan and stir-fry together with the fish cake. Pour in the prepared sauce and mix well.
