- 3 sheets fish cake

Seasonings
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
STEPS
Rinse the fish cake in lukewarm water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion into bite-sized pieces and cut the green onion diagonally.
Heat a pan, add onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a bit of cooking oil, then stir-fry.
Add 130ml of water to the pan and bring to a boil.
Once the liquid reduces by half, add green onion, minced garlic, oligo syrup, and sesame seeds.
Stir-fry everything together until well combined and serve.
