INGREDIENTS

- 1 pack fish cake
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Slice the onion into 1cm thick strips or squares as preferred.
Cut the fish cake into long strips and then into smaller pieces, about 8 sections per strip.
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds to prepare the seasoning.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté the onion until golden brown.
Add the fish cake to the pan and stir-fry together with the onion.
Add the prepared seasoning and stir-fry gently over low heat until well combined.
