INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- đź§… 1/4 onion
- 1/2 green chili
- 1/2 red chili
- đź§… A small amount of green onion
Sauces and Oils
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- A small amount of cooking oil
- A small amount of sesame oil
Seasonings
- A small amount of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water
STEPS
Wash the eggplants, onion, red chili, and green chili thoroughly.
Cut the eggplants into uniform pieces of your preferred shape.
Chop the onion, green chili, red chili, and green onion finely and mix them in a bowl with soy sauce, sugar, and water.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and stir-fry the eggplants until tender.
Remove the eggplants from the pan and set them aside.
Add the prepared sauce mixture to the pan and simmer until the onion becomes slightly translucent.
Add the stir-fried eggplants to the sauce and mix well.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry until the sauce is absorbed by the eggplants.
Turn off the heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sesame oil before serving.
