- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- đź’§ 1/2 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces and the tomato into wedges after removing the stem.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ground meat and grated ginger, and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add eggplants and stir briefly, cover with a lid, and steam for 1 minute until the eggplants are cooked through. Add tomatoes and seasonings, stir briefly, then add the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
