INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍆 Eggplant - 2 pieces (approx. 300g)
Meat
- Pork - 200g (thinly sliced)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Miso - 2 tbsp
- 🍬 Sugar - 1 tsp
- Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
STEPS
Cut the eggplant lengthwise in half and further into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork.
Once the pork is cooked, add the eggplant and continue stir-frying.
Add the miso, soy sauce, and sugar mix, then coat everything evenly.
Stop the heat when the flavors are absorbed, and serve on a plate.
