Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Slice the eggplants into rounds and soak them in water for about 10 minutes to remove bitterness.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork.
Remove the pork, add the eggplants to the same pan, and stir-fry.
Return the pork to the pan, add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar, and stir-fry while coating everything well.
