- 🍆 Eggplant 2 pieces (about 300g)
Meat
- Ground meat 150g
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- đź§‚ Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
STEPS
Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for about 20 minutes to remove bitterness.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the ground meat over medium heat until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same frying pan, add a bit more sesame oil and stir-fry the eggplant until soft.
Return the ground meat to the pan, add soy sauce and sugar to season, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
