    • 🥩 150g sliced beef
  • Vegetables

    • 🍆 2 eggplants, sliced 1cm thick
    • 🍅 1 tomato, chopped
    • 1 bell pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • Seasonings

    • đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
    • đź§€ Grated cheese, as needed
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup

STEPS

Slice the eggplants into 1cm thick pieces. Chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the beef is browned.

Add the eggplants to the pan and stir-fry until they become tender.

Add the tomato, bell pepper, and the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, ketchup). Stir-fry everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese on top before serving.
