STEPS
Heat a pan without oil and lightly stir-fry the dried shrimp until slightly golden.
Sift the shrimp through a strainer to remove debris or impurities.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, ketchup, soju, corn syrup, and sesame oil to create the seasoning sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan and simmer for 10–20 seconds until slightly bubbling.
Add the dried shrimp and gently stir to coat evenly with the sauce.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
