STEPS
Cut dried pollack into bite-sized pieces. Slice large chili peppers diagonally and prepare minced garlic.
Mix soy sauce, water, corn syrup, chili powder, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the chili peppers with the prepared sauce until slightly softened.
Add the dried pollack to the pan and stir-fry gently until the flavors are absorbed.
