Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red chili powder

- 2 tbsp mirin

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the dried filefish into preferred shapes using scissors.
Mix soy sauce, red chili powder, minced garlic, mirin, water, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Toast the cut dried filefish in a dry pan until golden and crispy.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and let it simmer slightly.
Add the toasted dried filefish to the pan and stir-fry until well coated.
