- 🍗 1 chicken breast (approx. 200g)
- 🥦 1 head of broccoli (approx. 150g)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic (minced)
STEPS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and lightly sprinkle with salt.
Separate the broccoli into small florets, boil, and drain well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic to bring out its aroma.
Add the chicken breast and stir-fry until it gets browned.
Add the broccoli and season with soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Once everything is evenly coated, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
