INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g), chopped
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
STEPS
Remove the core of the cabbage and cut it into 3cm squares.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and ponzu sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, add the ground meat, and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add salt and pepper, and mix well.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until it softens. Then, add the mixed sauce and stir-fry to combine.
