INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
Protein
- 4 sheets fish cake, sliced
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
STEPS
Slice the fish cakes into thin strips.
Thinly slice the cabbage and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the sliced fish cakes.
Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and mix well.
Add 2 sliced green chilies to the pan.
Pour in 2 tbsp of soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
Add 1/2 tbsp of sugar and continue stirring.
Cook until the cabbage softens, then sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
