INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 80g burdock, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 190g canned mackerel in water
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- A pinch of pepper
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Scrape the skin off the burdock with the back of a knife and slice it thinly at an angle. Soak in water for 2 minutes and drain.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry lightly while breaking it apart. Add the burdock and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add ponzu sauce and pepper, and stir-fry to combine evenly.
