    • 1 pack bok choy
  • Seafood

    • 🍤 12 shrimp
  • Seasoning

    • 2 turns olive oil
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp garlic
    • 15 pepperoncino
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp allulose
    • 10 turns black pepper
    • a pinch of black sesame

STEPS

Wash the bok choy and cut it lengthwise. Clean the shrimp and prepare them.

Heat a pan with 2 turns of olive oil and add 1 tbsp of garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the pan and cook them evenly on both sides.

Add 15 pepperoncino to the pan according to your taste preference.

Once the shrimp are cooked, add the sliced bok choy to the pan.

Add 2 tbsp of oyster sauce and 1 tbsp of allulose to the pan.

Finish with 10 turns of black pepper and a pinch of black sesame seeds.
