- 4 bok choy heads
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
Condiments
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings

STEPS
Wash the bok choy thoroughly and trim the base.
Rinse the enoki mushrooms under running water and trim the base.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and sauté the minced garlic.
Add the bok choy and enoki mushrooms to the pan.
Add oyster sauce and corn syrup, then stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
Finish with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
