INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
- 10 shishito peppers
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- đź§‚ 3 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Remove the stems from the shishito peppers and clean them.
Pat the beef dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl to create the soy-based sauce.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the beef until it changes color.
Add the sauce and shishito peppers to the pan and stir-fry on high heat until the sauce is absorbed and the mixture is dry.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
