INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- A small amount of green onion
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Sauces & Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp stevia
- A small amount of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
STEPS
Heat green onion in a pan to make green onion oil.
Add ground pork to the pan.
Add 1/3 tsp stevia to the pork and stir well.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and stir-fry until aromatic.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and stir-fry until well combined.
Boil bean sprouts for 5 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
Drain the bean sprouts and let them cool slightly in a bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to the bean sprouts.
Add 1/3 tsp salt and sprinkle sesame seeds over the bean sprouts.
Drizzle sesame oil over the bean sprouts.
Combine the seasoned bean sprouts with the stir-fried pork and mix gently.
