INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- đź§… 1/2 onion, julienned
- đź§… Chopped green onion, a small amount
Protein
- 2 sheets fish cake, julienned
Condiments
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp honey
STEPS
Prepare the bean sprouts by washing and draining them.
Julienne the fish cake, carrot, and onion.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until they become slightly translucent.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, mirin, and honey.
Once the bean sprouts are translucent, add the fish cake, onion, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.
Add chopped green onion and stir briefly before removing from heat.
