INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍜 200g of bean sprouts
- 🍄 100g of your favorite mushrooms
Protein source
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍥 150g of silken tofu
Seasonings
- 🛑 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Wash the bean sprouts under running water and drain well.
Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add the beaten egg to the frying pan, stir-fry until fluffy and half-cooked, then remove.
In the same frying pan, add the bite-sized pieces of tofu, bean sprouts, and mushrooms, and lightly stir-fry.
Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, then add the removed egg back in and mix briefly.
