    • 🍄 100g of your favorite mushrooms

    • 🥚 2 eggs
    • 🍥 150g of silken tofu
  • Seasonings

    • 🛑 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
    • 🧂 A pinch of salt
    • A pinch of pepper

Wash the bean sprouts under running water and drain well.

Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.

Add the beaten egg to the frying pan, stir-fry until fluffy and half-cooked, then remove.

In the same frying pan, add the bite-sized pieces of tofu, bean sprouts, and mushrooms, and lightly stir-fry.
