    • 1 bag bean sprouts
    • 1/2 scallion, sliced

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

STEPS

Slice the scallion diagonally into thin 1cm pieces.

Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces and boil in water for 2 minutes. Drain well.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add konjac, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add sesame oil and scallion, stir-fry briefly, then add bean sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Add all the seasonings (sake, salt, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, pepper) and stir-fry quickly to combine.
