    • 1 handful bean sprouts
    • A small amount of green onion

  • Oil

Prepare bean sprouts, green onion, and ham.

Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and blanch them quickly in water.

Slice the ham into long strips and cut the green onion into 2 cm pieces.

Heat a frying pan and add sunflower oil. Add the blanched bean sprouts, ham, minced garlic, red pepper powder, crushed sesame seeds, and black pepper.

Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and stir-fry until the seasoning is evenly absorbed.
