INGREDIENTS

- 1 fish sausage
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Cut the fish sausage in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into 7mm pieces.
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, and slice into 5mm strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the fish sausage until lightly browned.
Add bean sprouts and bell peppers to the pan, stir until coated with oil, then add ketchup and soy sauce. Stir until well combined.
