INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 300g bean sprouts
- 1 green onion
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
STEPS
Clean and trim the bean sprouts, then rinse thoroughly and drain.
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan over low heat, add the green onion and minced garlic, and sauté gently.
Add the bean sprouts to the pan.
Immediately add soy sauce, mirin, and fish sauce, then stir-fry.
Sprinkle chili powder and continue stir-frying gently.
Add a pinch of salt at the end, avoiding the center of the pan to prevent premature water release from the bean sprouts.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil.
