INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 bamboo shoot (boiled)
    • 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
    • Chopped green onion, as needed
  • Meat

    • 150g sliced pork belly
  • Condiments

    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tsp oyster sauce

Cut the bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the pork belly. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.

Add bamboo shoots and shimeji mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
