    • 🍚 200g cooked rice
    • 🥚 3 eggs
    • 🍖 3 slices ham
    • đź§€ 30g shredded pizza cheese
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Seasoning for Rice

    • 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 5g salted butter
    • 1/3 tsp consomme powder
    • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Egg Mixture

    • 2 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 🥛 1 tbsp milk
    • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Garnish

    • 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
    • Pinch of chopped parsley

STEPS

Mix cooked rice with ketchup, butter, consomme powder, and salt and pepper in a microwave-safe bowl to make ketchup rice.

Spread 1/3 of the ketchup rice on a piece of plastic wrap to match the size of a ham slice. Place a ham slice on top and roll tightly using the plastic wrap. Repeat for 3 rolls.

Prepare the egg mixture by whisking eggs with sugar, cornstarch, milk, and salt and pepper.

Heat 1/3 of the vegetable oil in a rectangular pan over low heat. Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture and cook until semi-set. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese on top.

Place one roll of ketchup rice at the edge of the egg and roll it up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap to shape. Repeat for 3 rolls.

Serve on a plate, drizzle ketchup on top, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
