  • Fish

    • 🐟 2 slices swordfish
  • Vegetables

    • 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
    • 1 pack pea shoots
  • Seasoning for Swordfish

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Flavoring Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp grated ginger

Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the roots off the pea shoots.

Cut the swordfish into bite-sized pieces and mix with sake and a pinch of salt and pepper.

In a microwave-safe container, mix sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and grated ginger.

Add the shimeji mushrooms and swordfish to the container, mix well, then place the pea shoots on top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
