INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets (160g) Spanish mackerel
Seafood
- 🦪 150g clams
Vegetables
- 🥦 3 stalks (60g) asparagus
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
STEPS
Sprinkle salt on the Spanish mackerel and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel and cut into 2-3 pieces.
Peel the bottom third of the asparagus stalks with a peeler and cut them diagonally into 4cm pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
Place the Spanish mackerel, clams, asparagus, and garlic in a microwave-safe container. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, pepper, and butter). Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes, or until the clams open and the ingredients are cooked through.
