- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Layer bean sprouts, pork belly slices, and sprinkle salt and pepper in a heatproof dish. Repeat the layering process twice.
Drizzle sake over the layers, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Let it sit covered for an additional 2 minutes.
Pour ponzu sauce and sesame oil over the dish, then garnish with chopped green onion.
